Poipu Kapili Projects Pending

Poipu Kapili will be getting a new "top" over the next couple of years. Roofs are going to be replaced in a few buildings this year and the schedule is noted below. Building #1 will be reroofed starting on April 1st. The job be will complete in approximately 3 weeks. The trade winds blow toward the ocean so the work will not really affect the rest of the resort. Building #5 will be re-roofed beginning around April 20th and will take about 3 to 3 1/2 weeks to complete. The center of the resort will be affected by some construction noise (between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30-5 p.m.). We will be extending a 15% discount off all room rates during this work. Building 6 and our front office will be done starting around mid-May and be completed around May 31st. The work should not affect guests in other parts of the resort. There will be no other buildings done until later in 2010. We're offering great discounts for condos in the buildings being roofed, so if you're going to be exploring the island by day, this is a very affordable way to stay in luxury at Poipu Kapili and have the same peaceful, gorgeous nights all visitors enjoy on the island.
